The new Governing Council of the Offinso College of Education which was formed on September 29, 2022, to replace the previous College Council convened her first meeting on Tuesday, 25th October 2022. The substantive Chair, Rt. Rev. Stephen Kwaku Owusu, who is also the Kumasi Diocesan Bishop of the Methodist Church, Ghana directed the meeting. At the meeting, among issues that found their way as part of the agenda was whether or not the tenure of the current College Principal should be renewed. The ceremony was the third of its sort; similar ones were done in the previous semester for the levels 200 and 300 students. There were awards given to 117 students in all.
