Finance Department

The Finance Department of Offinso College of Education carries out the following operations:

1. General responsibility for the administration of the financial affairs of the College.
2. Responsible for collecting all legitimate revenue due to the College.
3. The duty of preparing the annual budget
4. The duty of preparing the financial statements

The Finance Department of Offinso College of Education is the overseer of all financial activities of the College. The department is made up of four competent, experienced and skilled accountants who steer the financial affairs of the College. It is headed by Eunice Oppong Bamfo. The department’s major activities include; receipts and recording of revenue (fees and others), budget preparation, processing and timely validation of staff salaries, preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, preparation of payment vouchers, and banking transactions, among others.
